For 7 Years TJC has been working on Web Design. You got to have a computer to do this. We prefer the Apple Computer. The reason is, Web Design sometimes uses graphic (more on graphics on the graphic tips link above) and maybe even flash depending if you want it on your page.

If you don't want to buy the Adobe Dreamweaver, you could use "notepad" (Using Microsoft Word, will not work.) When you save you have to delete the word .txt and type .html after the name you choose for the file.
For a Apple Computers, we prefer "text edit" and when you save type in the file name and go down to "File Format" and choose HTML, then press save.
